Traces and metrics were routed into Honeycomb through two paths. Infrastructure metrics moved through AWS CloudWatch Metrics Stream and Kinesis Firehose, while application traces moved through the OpenTelemetry Collector. Together, these paths gave Ovis Technologies unified visibility across their infrastructure and application layers.
