SurePoint Technologies sought assistance in achieving their business objectives through several key initiatives, including:
Streamlining the support process to improve tracking and handling of user requests, reducing delays, and enhancing efficiency compared to using Microsoft Teams.
Optimizing AppStream fleet provisioning to reduce costs while simplifying the management and tracking of AWS Reserved Instances (RIs) and Savings Plans for better cost control.
Standardizing AWS CloudFormation templates to maintain a consistent infrastructure state and reducing complexity by consolidating multiple versions into a single golden template.
Enhancing log management by implementing a centralized logging mechanism. Improving the ability to track, analyze, and audit logs for more effective troubleshooting and outage management.

Performance Optimization via Amazon AppStream 2.0
Cloudelligent played a pivotal role in supporting SurePoint Technologies’ large-scale rollout of the Coyote application with Amazon AppStream 2.0. By optimizing the initial design, Cloudelligent enabled significant performance improvements such as:

Harnessing the expertise of our skilled team, we resolved SurePoint Technologies’ challenges and helped them unlock a multitude of advantages.
Cloudelligent significantly improved SurePoint Technologies’ response and resolution time for user tickets. This ensured a more efficient and seamless user experience with support services. By implementing permanent fixes to recurring issues, the volume of user tickets was reduced which minimized disruptions and improved overall user satisfaction.
Cloudelligent’s solutions optimized infrastructure management which helped to reduce costs associated with manual processes. By implementing streamlined operations through IaC and automated CI/CD pipelines, Cenote Solutions achieved greater efficiency in resource allocation and management.
Cloudelligent streamlined and automated the provisioning process, enabling SurePoint Technologies to effectively tackle onboarding challenges. This eliminated common issues such as license and login errors, and significantly boosted the organization’s ability to manage multiple provisionings concurrently and without delays.
By incorporating advanced observability solutions, our customer is able to track critical logs for troubleshooting application issues, managing outages, and maintaining user session records. This greatly supports the development team in improving operational processes and enhancing overall system reliability.
Cloudelligent improved Coyote’s login performance from two minutes to under 30 seconds and streamlined SurePoint Technologies’ onboarding in three phases. We also implemented a new scaling policy that resulted in cost savings, smoother deployment, enhanced user experience and operational efficiency.
